Being active is a great way to enjoy your weekend. We have teamed up with a few local car guards at fun places we frequent – We love their big smiles and the care they take while we are out and about. They’re there before you arrive and still there when you leave — watching, waving you in, keeping an eye on things while you’re gone.
So we’ve started something small: some of the car guards we know are now carrying Wood Fired Tubs cards. They write their name on the back. If that card turns into a booking, they earn a commission.
We could just run ads or push harder on social media. But a lot of the best bookings we’ve had over the years came from someone hearing about us from someone they trust — a neighbour, a friend, someone at a braai.
How it actually works
- Selected car guard gets a small stack of our cards a week, they hand write their name on the back.
- If you receive one of these business cards and make a booking, we ask you to mention their name on booking.
- They get paid their commission for their bookings at the end of each month — no complicated process.
It costs you nothing, and it means someone who spent their day looking after your vehicle while you went on an adventure gets something back for pointing you toward a good afternoon in a hot tub with family and friends.
